Dear Brethren,
We continue to thank and praise God for another fruitful Missions trip, with the blessings therein and the opportunity and privilege to help in celebrating significant events as Missions anniversary and World Missions Conference. Thank God for His sustaining grace and renewing strength in every travel and ministry engagements.
In last week’s 31st ASEAN summit hosted by our country, the theme: “Partnering for Change, Engaging the World” is very much alike, relevant and significant in the pursuit of World Evangelization. They envisioned of “What a united and strong ASEAN can bring!” The ASEAN them song excerpts, “ASEAN spirit soar above all frailties and boundaries, and soar to greater heights and victories!’ While the real hope of our nation and the world is not really in ASEAN but in our Almight God alone, such should stimulate and inspire us to do and engage much more in reaching the world with the life changing Gospel message and the word of God.
My dear brethren, let us continue on with a focused heart on our great God who called each one of us. As we fulfill His call, may we truly and constantly have an abiding trust in Him, realizing that He is indeed able to make all grace abound toward us! We are moreover assured in 1Thessalonians 5:24 that “Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.”
