MARCH 11, 2018 – NOTE FROM THE PASTOR

Dear Brethren,

As we renew our annual Stewardship and Faith Promise Missions Commitment today, let us prayerfully, carefully, and dependently do the same with a heart having an abiding trust in our God who is able to provide. We need to have that faith to believe that God’s resources are indeed unlimited, and such could be accessed and tapped with an ever increasing faith in Him. Our Lord Jesus Himself declares in Matthew 9:29b “According to your faith be it unto you.”

Having as well our Church annual Business Meeting today with the early start-up at 3 o’clock in our afternoon service, let us sincerely thank God for the ministry blessing in the past, the continuing great opportunities in the present and the bright prospects ahead. We can rightfully utter with the Psalmist in Psalm 126:3, “The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.” As we CONTINUE to faithfully and diligently plod on, we however recognize that “With God”, the best is yet to come!

My dear brethren, as we CONTINUE to see God at work, let us sincerely, wholeheartedly, and confidently respond to the outstanding basic challenge of at least having our Faith Promise equal that of our Tithe. May we always realize and be assured of in II Corinthians 9:8 that “God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.” Moreover, we also hold on to Ephesians 3:20-21 similarly assuring us, “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.”

May we truly have a trusting and yielded heart to CONTINUE in levelling up our faith, expecting the best from God!

All By God’s Grace and For God’s Glory!
